About Us

Security & Technology Services was born in 2004 with the vision to build a culture based around people who are passionate, driven and excited by technology.

Our focus remains squarely on providing our customers with solutions that address their specific requirements. We pride ourselves on our ability to create the necessary outcome through innovative system design and as a result of this we have enjoyed high levels of customer loyalty.

Some of this success has been publicly recognised in 2008 when Security & Technology Services were announced as the Northern Territory Telstra Business of the Year which was reward for the efforts of our dedicated staff and an achievement that we are extremely proud of.

Although we have accomplished creating a culture where our staff are our key focus we have not lost sight of the horizon and we remain inspired by what may be just beyond it.

Giving Back

STS has grown beyond our expectations and we wish to make the most of our success by supporting the many charitable groups and organisations within our community who require financial and volunteer assistance.

Every one of these organisations deserve our help and in order to make a real difference we have opted to concentrate on supporting three key charities. These organisations have been selected by our employees and money raised by our staff is matched dollar for dollar by STS. We can assist in various ways such as donations by staff, volunteering during business time, fundraising activities and sponsorships.

Security & Technology Services are an Integrator, that is, we select individual items and combine them in such a way as to achieve a greater outcome than the sum of the parts. We build strategic relationships with our suppliers and introduce them to each so that together, their products are stronger performers. We support suppliers that support us, ones that work with us to improve our business and theirs, forming long term relationships built on trust and respect.

The sound base of well supported product allows our teams to be autonomous and in control of their own outcomes. This in turn builds confidence in each other and the strong desire to deliver outstanding results for our customers.

We are not referring to our physical environment, as truth be told we have been working out of cramped and less than ideal conditions, but the culture that bind us together as a team. As we have grown our development has taken us through different stages but we have remained firmly fixed on ensuring that our people are our number one priority .
